Cut the meat into small pieces

Chop onions into small pieces n add into a sufuria

Add cooking oil n cuk until golden brown

Add crushed ginger n garlic n cuk for two second;dn't allow the onion to burn

Add the meat salt cuk it until water n the meat dries up

Once the meat is golden ongeza one tablespoon of pilau masala half teaspoon of cinnamon n a quarter teaspoon of black pepper n mix well

After 3 minutes of cooking ongeza tomatoes n cuk until they are soft

Add 3 glasses of boiling water to the mixture stir n add beef chill

Ongeza rice 2 the mixture stir n allow it to cook at a very low heat

Once da water has dried up the meal is ready to serve
