Boil Potatoes and peel them. Add crumbled paneer, corianderleaves, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, mango powder and Cummin powder.Mash together everything.

Soak tamrind in half cup water and make a dilute watery tamrind paste.

Dipti each slice of bread in tamrind water. Squeeze out the excess water.

Place some potatoes stuffing on each moist slice of bread and roll it.

Heat oil for dip frying. Slowly add the bread rolls and fry till light brown.

Remove on an absorbent paper.

Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney
