Peel and cut potatoes into halves and boil for about 15 minutes_then put them aside to cool

Then in the same bowl of cooled potatoes just rub with butter,sprinkle basil, salt and pepper then garlic and bake just for 10 minutes

Can be served with any kind of meat and salads
