Many people imagine traditional ways to prepare a cup of Matcha with specialized utensils. But we can also do it with daily utensils expect "Chasen (bamboo tea whisk)". I love to serve a cup of Matcha for my friends on the table and with a casual way.

Replace these specialized utensils with tableware which you find around you. (Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to be in place of "Chasen (bamboo tea whisk)" Sift Matcha powder and put it in a container with a lid.

Pour hot water into a bowl.

Dip a Chasen (bamboo tea whisk) and shake it several times in the hot water. Warm the bowl and the tea whisk.

Discard the water.

Put one lightly tsp of Match (1.5ｇ) into the bowl.

Pour 70ml of hot water (70°～80°）

Whip with the tea whisk.

Enjoy with your favorite sweets!
