Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 halfripe plantain
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 kgFresh pepper
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1titus fish
  6. 1cksp Palmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the back of the plantain.

  2. 2

    Wash and cut the titus fish.set both the plantain and fish in the oven but different trays.

  3. 3

    Set it in medium heat for 10-12minutes.remove the plantain after 8minutes.

  4. 4

    Cut the onion and fresh pepper.bleach the palmoil for 2minutes then pour in the onion then the fresh pepper.

  5. 5

    Add salt and fry.fry and be stirring.fry for just 3minutes.

  6. 6

    And enjoy the meal with a glass of cool water.
