Heat ghee, add mawa & beetroot paste.Saute it for few mins.

Add Nolen gur or milkmaid.Mix it well.

When the mixture will starts to leave the sides of the pan switch off the flame.Make it cool in room temperature.

Add flour in the mixture & make a soft dough of it.

Make small balls from the dough.

Take some bread crumbs in a plate & roll the balls in it.

Heat ghee or oil in a kadhai & deep fry it.

Make jamuns like this.

Boil milk.Take a cup of hot milk, mix custard powder in it & add it to hot milk.

Add gulab jamuns in custard.Decorate with your favourite dry fruits.You can use fresh fruits also.
