Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbsginger powder heaped
  • 1 tbscinnamon powder heaped
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsvanilla essence
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbicarbonate powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3eggs
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • Cream cheese for frosting

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until incorporated.

  2. 2

    Bake at 180 degree's for 60mins

  3. 3

    Separate into three layers add dolops of cream cheese (once cooled) and enjoy.
