Wash the Poha. Add onions, poha (beaten ginger, garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves & boiled potatoes in a bowl.

To this add salt, chilli powder and chaat masala.
3. Mix and mash all this well with your hand. - 4
Shape to culted

Pour enough oil to shallow fry. Make patties of this mixture. Coat the patty with some semolina for the crunch.
5. Shallow fry or deep fry these coated patties.
6. Serve them hot green chutney..
