  • 1 cupbesan (gram flour)
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tbspsuji
  • 2green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupkasuri methi ya fresh methi leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 cupfresh curd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspdhania powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • as neededDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Besan atta or suji ko mix karein.sare masale mix karein.

  2. 2

    Add green chilli, coriander leaves and methi leaves. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add curd and ghee.Mix well.

  4. 4

    Ab atte ki loe bnakr roti bele or tawe par se ke.

  5. 5

    Garma garam masaledar missi Roti ghee,butter, malai ke sath serve karein.

  6. 6

    Ye missi Roti dal tadka,dal makhni ya lababdar paneer ke sath khaye.
