Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaize flour (makki ka atta)
  • 3/4 cupspinach chopped
  • 2boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspwhite til
  • To tasteRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for shallow fry
  • as neededIce cream sticks

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Knead soft dough using water. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Divide equal portions of dough. Take ice cream sticks. Make pops like pic.

    Heat pan. Pour oil for shallow fry these look pops. Shallow fry them on slow heat by turning all sides up and down.

    Once done. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
