Ingredients

  • 1 kgChicken
  • 750 gramsTahu - cut into triangle and fry until golden
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 1 stickLemongrass - crushed
  • 1cm Lengkuas aka Galangal
  • 4cm Cinnamon
  • 750cc Coconut milk
  • 3 tbspOlive oil
  • sesoning
  • 10Shallot
  • 4 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tbspCoriander
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 1 1/2 tspPepper round
  • 2cm Ginger
  • 2cm Turmeric
  • 1Salt just to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    chicken cleaned throughly. then cut into 10 pieces. then fried in hot cooking oil until golden. remove and drain

  2. 2

    make puree of seosoning until smooth. heat 3 tablespoon of olive oil. stir fry the puree. enter the bay leaves, lemongrass, galangal and cinnamon

  3. 3

    after fragrant, enter the coconut milk, chicken and Tahu. cook until boiling and chicken is tender

  4. 4

    after cooked finely, remove from the heat. put it into bowl and ready to serve
