Ingredients

  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 3eggs
  • 1 packagecream cheese
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  • Orange zest
  • 1 cupsugar (200 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients except the sugar in a blender.

  2. 2

    Make caramel with the cup of sugar and pour it into the mold where you will add the flan mixture.

  3. 3

    Cover the mold well with parchment paper and bake it in a water bath.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
