  4. 2 tspgrated gur
  5. 1/2 tsptea masala

    Ek pan mein pani boil karein.Add tea leaves,gur and tea masala.Boil 2 min.

    Add milk and boil 2 min.chay ko chan le or garam hi piye.

    Garma garam gur masala Tea is ready to serve.

    Winter mein cold and cough mein ye tea bhut fayda krti hai.
