Grated gur m elaichi powder or dry fruits powder or coconut powder mix kar le.

Ab ate ki loi bnakr usme gur ki filling karein or parantha bel kar desi ghee se krara sek le.

Gur ka parantha winter m bhut fayda krta hai.
