Akkaravadisal l Jaggery Rice with Condensed Milk

Steps

Pressure cook rice and moongdal with 2 cups of water for 4 to 5 whistles.

Boil milk. Add grated khoa. Boil with stirring till khoa dissolves completely.

Add grated Jaggery to cooked rice. Cook till jaggery dissolves completely. Now add in the condensed milk and 2 tbsp ghee. Cook with stirring for a couple of mins.

Mix in 2 tbsp ghee, a pinch of grated nutmeg and cardamom powder.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee. Roast the cashews and raisins. Mix with Akkaravadisal.

Offer Akkaravadisal to Lord Sri Krishna and honor Krishna Prasadam
