Steps

First chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander etc

In a kadai put oil add ground nuts let it fry.

Now add urad dal followed by cummin and mustard seeds

Add curry leaves

Now add onion and saute for a minute

Add green peas and saute for a minute

Now add tomato and green chillies mix and cook for a while

Add turmeric powder, salt to taste coriander leaves mixwell and add 2 cups of water

Let the water boil

Once the water start boiling add seviyan and cook till water gets absorbed

Once water is absorbed sim the gas add ghee and cook on dum mode for 4-5 mins.

If you want more chatpata add lemon juice on top.
