8 to 10 clovesGarlic chopped
2Onion chopped
2Tomato chopped
2 to 3Green chillies chopped
as per tasteSalt
1 tspHaldi
1 tspRed chilli pow
1 tspGaram masala
2-3 tspOil
as neededGreen corinder leaves for garnishing

In pan put oil chpopped garlic cook till it's pinkish then add onions as onions r Brown add tomatoes and add all masalas with mushroom cook till it's tender and garnish it with green corinder leaves and serve with chapati
