Mix cups FLOUR, 2 tsp. BAKING POWDER, PINCH OF SALT & 1-1/2 cups WHITE SUGAR

Rub 3/4 cup BUTTER or MARGERINE into dry mixture

SET ASIDE 3/4 TO 1 CUP FOR CUMB TOPPING

To remainder add 2 EGG YOLKS (SAVE EGG WHITES) & 3/4 cup MILK & 1 tsp VANILLA

SEPARATELY IN A DIFFERENT CLEAN BOWL; BEAT THE EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF PEAKS

TURN BATTER into two 9" or one 9"x13" pans that have been GREASED

FOLD STIF EGG WHITES INTO Batter

SWITCH #6 & #7 INSTRUCTIONS

SPRINKLE CINNAMON on top of crumb mix which you sprinkled evenly on top of batter

Preheat oven to 375

Bake 30 minutes OR until cake tester comes out clean in center
