Filling for quiche 1 (with spek or bacon)

A basic filling for quiche.

All the ingridients has to be cut in normal -meduim pieces

Add into a pan the bacon, the onion, the pepper and the mushrooms, leave it in meduim fire for 30min, mix them once in a while

don't add butter or oil cause the bacon is already fat. when the mix has no liquids add a bit of the cream.

when everything is mixed and cooked nicely turn off the fire and add the eggs and the cheese. mix it and add it on the quiche

add it on the quiche before the quiche goes to the oven. if you do it to early the pastry will be really soft

bake for 35min aprx in 180-200dgr

in this quiche i have gouda cheese (the normal one that melts). add as mush as you like. normally i put 150gr.

I wanted to serve something like this for brunch. I made mine easily with frozen puff pastry.It's easier if you bake the puff pastry on the day before making the quiche.
