  2. 2 cupSliced Bell Pepper (varied bright colors)
  3. 2 cupSliced zucchini
  4. 1 cupChopped red onion
  5. 1 cupFat free crumbled feta cheese
  6. 1 ozSun dried tomato julienned

Cooking Instructions

    Sautée vegetables in pan with oil of your choice.

    When tender transfer to baking dish.

  3. 3

    Add egg whites

  4. 4

    Bake in oven at 375 until egg begins to set around edges

  5. 5

    Sprinkle feta cheese and tomatoes on top. Continue cooking until egg is set all the way through.
