fried spam
1 tbspoil
1 canspam

in pot with boiling water a quick blanch cellophane noodle for 1 minute drain and set aside

fried spam in 1 tbsp of oil til brown and lightly crispy drain and set aside

in pan with oil saute garlic and onion and fry eggs then add sauce

add cellophane noodle stiring all the time till sauce dry up

add black pepper and spring onions and half of the fried spam mix well
