  • 1 1/2 lbPork Sausage
  • 3/4 cupParmesan Cheese
  • 6 eachEggs
  • 4 sliceBread
  • 3 cupMilk
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 350

  2. 2

    Crumble bread and line bottom of greased 9x13 pan

  3. 3

    Cook and drain sausage and spread on top of bread

  4. 4

    Add parmesan cheese on top of sausage

  5. 5

    Mix eggs, milk and salt together and pour over

  6. 6

    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes

  7. 7

    *You can also prepare dish the night before and keep in refrigerator for quick start the next morning
