1 pintsgrape tomatoes
1/2onion
3 clovegarlic
1jalapeño, seeded
1/4celery stick
2baby carrots
1beef stock to max line
1 canorganic tomato paste
1 canrinsed black beans
1 lborganic ground beef
1 tspcumin
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbsponion powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tbspchili powder
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 tbsppaprika
1/2 cupwater

Steps

Blend first 7 ingredients in Nutribullet.

Brown beef.

Add all ingredients except beans to crockpot.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Add beans and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips and plain Greek yogurt.

You may need to tweak the spices to your liking.
