Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround Beef
  2. 1 packagesMcCormic Taco Seasoning
  3. 2 cupInstant White Rice
  4. 1/4 tspGround Cumin (Comino)
  5. 1/4 tspMinced Garlic
  6. 8 ozcan Whole Kernal Corn
  7. 8 ozcan Ranch Style Beans
  8. 1 bagTortilla Chips or Doritos
  9. 2 cupWater
  10. 1Picante Sauce or Salsa
  11. 4 cupMexican Blend Grated Cheese. Keep 1 cup aside to put on top of casserole.

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    In medium skillet Brown meat & prepare Taco Seasoning per pkg directions.

  3. 3

    Drain juice off corn while preparing taco meat.

  4. 4

    In a large bowl mix all ingredents except for the water, with the taco meat, crumble a few of the tortillas chips in with the mix.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into lrg baking dish add the water & bake @ 350°F for 20 mins or until cheese is browned.

  6. 6

    NOTE: Can be served in flour tortillas as burritos as well.
