1 tbspOil
1Leek or onion
90 gramsChorizo
1 tspTurmeric
200 gramsLong grain rice
1 literChicken stock
1Peas
1Chicken breasts
1Prawns

Steps

Heat oil in a large pan.

Fry chicken and put to one side.
3

Soften leek/onion and add chorizo.
4

Add turmeric and rice and stir until rice is coated in oil.
5

Pour in chicken stock, bring to the boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add peas, chicken, and prawns, and heat through.
