  • 1 eachegg
  • 2 eachShallot, minced
  • 1/2 tbsproasted garlic
  • 1 tbspdijon mustard
  • 1 tspcapers (opt)
  • 5 eachavocados
  • 1 tspred wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspred pepper flakes, ground
  • 1 1/2 cupoil ( veg or blend)
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper

  1. 1

    place first 6 ingredients in food processor

  2. 2

    process and then slowly add oil until thick like mayo

  3. 3

    while still processing add avocados and remaining ingredients. don't over mix. process just until smooth.
