In the busy schedule of this workaholic world, everywhere it's instant from the breakfast to dinner⏳ Instead of an instant packet foods,🍱 why can't we prepare a instant recipe at home?? That too healthy steamed one!!😋 Here comes, an instant spicy Rava Idli to fulfill your breakfast 🍴

Heat a pan and roast the rava. Let it cool for sometime. Now mix the roasted rava and fresh curd with salt and little water. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the ghee/oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion and green chillies. Then saute it for a minute.

Add grated ginger and in a medium flame saute for sometime. Now add grated carrot, salt and coriander leaves. Just saute it for 2 minutes and let it cool.

Ladle the rava mixture, if it's too thick, add some water and make it to Idli batter consistency.

Add the sauteed mixture in the rava batter and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

Oil the idli plates, pour the batter on the idli plates. Then cook it for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with coconut chutney!! Fluffy Breakfast!!😋😋
