Prawn & vegetables pasta style (low calorie)
One of my new favorite.
Steps

Peal your carrots and zucchini ( like you would potatoes). Peal garlic, and thinly chop yellow or pepper of your choice. Put butter on the pan and melt try use low heat so you don't burn the butter. Add prawns and squeezed garlic. Season it with salt and peper and lightly fry for couple minutes. Add your pealed carrots and zucchini and mix until cooked. This is low calorie satisfying dinner.
