Peas patti mini samosa

Grind coarsely peas, peanuts, coriander leaves & onion in a grinder.

Paste should be like this.

Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a Kadhai. Add Jeera & garlic. Saute it. Add peas paste, white til and all seasonings. Saute all for 2-3 minutes.

Once done. Switch off gas. Let it be cool.

Add maida & water in a bowl. Mix well & make slurry.

Take one samosa patti. Spread slurry on edges. Place one tbsp peas paste. Fold it like pic.

Make samosa shape & press corners with fingers.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry these samosas on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.

Serve with tomato sauce & tamarind chutney.
