Peel apple.

Chop apple, red onion, and red pepper into large chunks.

Place cranberries, apple, red pepper, and red onion into a food processor. (works better to chop cranberries by themselves).

Transfer to large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and stir till blended.

Cover and refrigerate.

Serve with chips or an accompaniment for meat dishes.
