Add oil in kadai... Add rai for tadaka... Once it's tempered, add hing and jowar dhani.

Continuously stir it on slow flame for 10 mins after adding salt and haldi. Dis vl make dhani more crispy.

Add red chilli powder, amchur powder and buru khand and stir for 1/2 minutes. Switch off the flame and still stir continuously as due to heat red chilli powder burns fast and turns black so to avoid it.

Jowar Popcorn is ready. Transfer in ne Popcorn container U hv once it cooled down.

Healthy jowar Popcorn as a snack is ready. Minimum oil (almost no) and still a Healthy Millet Cooking
