Ingredients

  • 1long grain rice
  • 4 cupwater
  • 6Chicken bullion cubes
  • 1/4small onion
  • 1small can tomato sauce
  • 1Salt pepper cumin and garlic salt to taste
  • 1Cooking oil
  • 1/4 smallminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Put enough oil in pan to coat bottom. Add rice garlic onions and stir till brown

  2. 2

    Once brown add water billion cube amd tomato sauce. Bring to boil the cover amd set on low for 12 min.

  3. 3

    At 12 min stir amd season again. Set for 12 mor minutes

  4. 4

    Take off burner let rice cool and serve
