Steps

Boil your potatoes in salty water

Once ready, drain the water.

Mash the potatoes and add your vegetables. You can add milk and butter if it appears too hard

Roll the mashed potatoes into balls and refrigerate for about 10 min

Get your wheat flour, breadcrumbs and eggs ready

Dip your potato balls in wheat flour, shake off the excess, next in the egg wash, followed by breadcrumbs. Ensure they are thoroughly coated

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Take caution as you deal with hot oil

Once ready, remove from the oil and place in a paper towel. It helps absorb excess oil

Serve as snack or accompaniment. You can serve with a yoghurt dip
