Ingredients

2 1/2 tspyeast
1 cupvery warm water
2 1/2 cupflour
2 tbspoil (vegtable)
1 tspsugar
1 tspsalt

Steps

In a prewarmed bowl add hot water 110-120 ferhenhit.

Add yeast andallow to dissolve 2-3 minutes (then mix)

Add flour,oil,sugar and salt (all dry in one bowl)

Mix throughly add more flour if needed. knead about 5 min. Cover and allow to rest 10 min.

Grease pizzza pan

Brush surface lightly with oil.

Assemble pizza sauce, cheese, ect.

Bake @ 425 20-25 min.
