Cooking Instructions

lget chicken broth to boil in a pot,then add tomato juice,half amount of garlic ,half amount of corriander ,salt and pepper.

lower the hear and leave the mixture for 5 min.
- 3
add molooheya to the pot and simmer till boils one and then close the heat
- 4
fry the rest of garlic and coriander in in the veg oil untill becomes golden brown
- 5
then add to molokheya and stir ( called Tasha)
