Ingredients

  1. Filling
  2. 2 1/2 lbCoconut
  3. 1 canEagle Brand Milk
  4. 2 1/2 lbPowder Sugar
  5. 8 ozCream Cheese
  6. Coating
  7. 1/2each Cooking Wax
  8. 3small Bags of Chocolate Chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all filling ingredients and chill.

  2. 2

    Using two pots fill one with water and heat to boil. Using a smaller pot combine chocolate chips and wax then place in boiling water. Stir until liquified.

    Roll filling into balls and dip in hot chocolate. Once covered place on wax paper to cool.
