  • 1 tbspCooked Nopales(cactus)
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper
  • 1whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tbspChipotle Hummus

    Scramble egg

  2. 2

    Mix in Nopales

  3. 3

    Cook over medium heat until eggs are completely cooked.

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Heat tortilla on comal/griddle

  6. 6

    Spread Chipotle Hummus on tortilla, than add cooked eggs & Nopales.

  7. 7

    Wrap & Enjoy!
