  2. 1 stickShredded carrot
  3. 1 mediumOnion
  4. 1 smallGreen pepper
  5. 2 tbspMarg
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspPepper
  8. 1/2 cupCooked wild rice
  9. 1 cupWater
  10. 10 canChicken broth
  11. 1 cup1/2&1/2
  12. 3 tspFlour
  13. 3 lbChicken breast

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Cook and stir celery, carrots, onion and green pepper in marg till tender in 3 qt pot

  2. 2

    Stir in flour and S&P

  3. 3

    Stir in rice, water, and broth

  4. 4

    Heat to boiling and reduce heat

  5. 5

    Cover and stir occasionally for 15 min

  6. 6

    Stir in 1/2&1/2 and parsley leaf

  7. 7

    Heat until hot - don't boil
