  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1 cupPacked Brown Sugar
  4. 2 largeEggs
  5. 2 cupFlour
  6. 1 tbspBaking Soda
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspBaking Powder
  9. 2 cupBlended Oatmeal
  10. 1 cupOatmeal
  11. 3 cupRaisins
  12. 1 tspVanilla

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. 2

    Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, blended oatmeal, and oatmeal.

  5. 5

    Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in raisins.

  6. 6

    Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
