Ingredients

5 servings
  • Flour
  • 1 bagmedium to large deveined shrimp
  • Seasoning salt or lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1-2eggs
  • Halfcontainer of canola oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add flour and seasoning with 1 egg and mix lightly

  2. 2

    Add shrimp to flour mix and coat shrimp.

  3. 3

    Heat oil

  4. 4

    Once oil is popping...add flour coated shrimp and fry for 5 minutes turning slightly. Might have to cook longer depending on size of shrimp
