  4. 1/2tspn baking powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspnghee for moyan
  7. Oil as needed for fry
  8. stuffing ingredients
  9. Ingredients for Stuffing
  10. 1/2 cupthick Curd
  11. Moong vadas (to taste)
  12. 2 tbspnchopped Tomato
  13. 2 tbspnchopped Onion
  14. 2 tbspndiced boiled potatoes
  15. 2 tbspnbesan boondi
  16. leavesCoriander
  17. 2 tbspnpomegranate seeds
  18. 2 tbspnsev
  19. 1tspn grated radish
  20. 2 tbspngreen Chutney
  21. 2 tbspnTamarind sauce
  22. 1tspn Roasted cumin seeds
  23. to tasteSalt
  24. to tasteRed chilli pow
  25. to tasteChaat Masala
  26. Ingredients for Moong Vada

  28. 1/2 cupMoong Dal
  29. 1/4tspn Asafoetida
  30. to tasteSalt
  31. 2 pinchbaking soda
  32. leavesCoriander

Steps

15 minutes

    Making Basket==

    Mix all Basket ingredients and make a soft dough with lukewarm water and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Roll the half Maida dough with rolling pin and make a thin long rectangular type chapati.

  4. 4

    Cut long thin strips from chapati.

  5. 5

    Now take greased bowl and set strips like basket....

  6. 6

    And cover the totally bowl with streps. Paste the strips with water where they crossed to each.

  7. 7

    Make three long streps and twist them like a girl's hair choti. And paste on upper part of katori and

  8. 8

    Fry into hot oil on low flame. Till become golden brown and crispy.

  9. 9

    Make three long streps again and twist them like a girl's hair choti.

  10. 10

    And set on greased bowl for handle and fry.

    Let them some cool. Then demould slowly..

    Set the handle with tooth pic.

    Basket is ready. Make second basket with same process.

    Making Moog Vadas ==

    Soak moong dal for 2 hrs

  16. 16

    Drain all water and grind into mixture and make a fine paste.

    Now whip it for 10 minutes with spoon it become fluffy

    Now add salt, hing, coriander leaves and mix well

  19. 19

    Heat oil into the kadai and drop vadas with spoon into hot oil and fry till they become golden. On medium flame.

    Moong Dal Vadas r ready

    Plating ==

    Some ingredients Keep aside from stuffing ingredients for garnishing.

    Take the basket and put vadas and potatoes then sprinkle salt.

    Then pour curd then one by one all stuffing ingredients and at last garnish according to ur choice With kept aside material.

    Surprised Bhalla Basket is ready to eat.
