Heat oven to 200C

Slice Apples.

Roll out the pastry into the disc

Place the sliced apples on the roll out pastry

Sprinkle the cinnamon on the tart and bake for 10-15 minutes

Remove the tart from the oven

Brush the jam over the tart and placed back into the over for 2-5 minutes

Remove tart from oven and serve hot or cold.
