Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1frozen tuna loin
  • 1/2 tspblack sesame
  • 1/2 tspwhite sesame
  • 1 tspsalt free soy sauce
  • 1 tspteriyaki sauce
  • 1Wasabi to taste (or any other spicy antisepthic because of the raw fish)

    Defrost the tuna.If it is fresh tuna, frozen and defrost before eating.This is a important step,because they can be bacteries.

  2. 2

    Put heat a skillet over high heat with only a drop of oil well distributed.Cut the loin into rectangular or square cylinders (depending on the thickness of the piece).

  3. 3

    Coat the tuna rolls with both sesames.Once the pan is hot pour the tuna, but do not do it completely, just mark it on both sides to seal!

  4. 4

    Cut the tuna into slices and present in the disk. Mix the sauce and wasabi apart and pour over the tuna.
