Ingredients

  • 100 gm- oil
  • to tasteKhade masala
  • 50 gm- onion paste
  • 2 tsp- ginger and garlic paste
  • 50 gm- tomato paste
  • 1 packet- amul creem
  • 250 gm- paneer

Steps

  1. 1

    Take butter in a pan and spread it all over.

  2. 2

    Put cinnamon stick, black cardamom and green cardamom in the pan

  3. 3

    Saute them along with the butter and add tomato puree.

  4. 4

    Mix the puree and bring it to boil.

    Add salt and bring it to simmer, now add red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, sugar and paneer. Stir.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring and add water.

  6. 6

    Cover it for a while to let it come to boil.

  7. 7

    After a while remove the lid and add kasuri methi, mix well.

  8. 8

    Add cream and stir thoroughly to mix the cream well.

  9. 9

    Bring to boil and add grated paneer over it to garnish.

  10. 10

    Serve hot.
