For kofta : grate lauki, add salt, keep aside for 5 mins. Squeeze properly. Reserve water to use for gravy.

Mix all ingredients and make balls and fry on medium hot oil till golden brown.

Keep aside.

For Gravy : Heat oil in a wok add ciba hing then put lasan adrak hari mirch ka paste. Saute it.

Add onion paste. Saute and cook for 2 mins until changes colour.

Add tomato puree. Mix well. Cook till oil separates. Add fresh cream / malai.

Add pureed/blended spinach.

Add all dry spices. Mix it and add reserved water.

Bring to a boil.

Add koftas. Cover and cook for 5 mins till oil separates.

Garnish with sliced tomatoes.

Serve hot with roti/ paratha/plain rice.
