  • 1/2 cupOlive Oil
  • 1/4 cupGrape Seed Oil
  • 4 tbspHoney
  • 1/3 cupCranberries
  • 2 tbspPepper Jelly

    Assemble ingredients in Bullet or processor. Blend. Add toasted pecans, cranberries, Granny Smith apple slices

  2. 2

    Top with Stella Gorgonzola or other blue cheese, and/or artisan Parmesan.
