Ingredients

  • 1 bunchSarso
  • 1 bunchBathua
  • 1/2 bunchPalak
  • 1/2 bunchMethi
  • 5-6Green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4-5 tbspOil
  • 2Onion finely chopped
  • 8 to 10Garlic pod finely chopped
  • 2Medium Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspGinger grated
  • 3-4 tbspGhee
  • Rice flour as required

  1. 1

    Sarso, palak, bathua and methi ko clean kar wash kar le and chop kar le.

  2. 2

    Ab chop saag ko salt and 4 chilli dal ke cooker m 4-6 whistle aane tak cook kere

  3. 3

    Ab cooker ko open kere rice flour dale and रही से saag ko ghote (mash) kere aur saag ko 5-10min pakaye.

  4. 4

    Ab kadhai m oil garam kere onion, garlic and chilli ko dal ke bhune ab fine chop tomato dale cook kere ab ginger add kere saag dale sath m ghee dale 2-5min cook Kar flame off Kar de.

    Ghee dal ke makke ki roti ke sath serve kere.
