Stuffed Pepper Soup

I love stuffed peppers, my kids not so much lol. One day I was in a cafe where they serve a stuffed pepper soup it was amazing so I thought why can't I make this at home. I decided to take all of the components of my stuff peppers and turn it into a soup. This was so tasty and delicious my kids absolutely love it and they won't eat stuffed peppers by themselves but they will eat all of the soup. I don't have to season it too much because sweet Italian sausage has so much flavor but in a nutshell however you make your stuffed peppers season it the same way in the soup.

This can be made in an crockpot, instant pot, or stove top. I made this in a pressure cooker, so easy and oh so good. ( so much easier than making stuffed peppers what I don’t think my kids would even eat, but they sure did eat this and liked it, iam surprise I had none left.) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

This is a hearty soup of roasted vegetables and tomatoes and a beef broth. I serve the rice on the side for people to add it during service so that the rice can soak up the beautiful broth. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and I added a slice of bread for a hearty dinner soup. fenway -
