1 tsp salt in water and soak methi in it for 7-8 mintutes and the drain it and chop

Take a pan put oil and cumin seeds and add all whole spice

Now add ginger and chopped garlic chopped green chilli or chopped onion stir well

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder stir well

Now add Boil matar and Malai stire well

Now add chopped methi and salt stire it cover with lead

Now this time add garam Masala powder and pepper powder stir
