Boil cow milk and add little citric acid so that milk is curdled.

Strain the paneer that you get after milk is curdled with a thin cloth.Hang it in some hook so that all water is drained out.keep 20mins.

Now mash the paneer with your palm again and again for 20-30mins

Take cooker and add 1ltr water to it and boil.Add 1cup sugar also.

Add yellow food colour to paneer and mash again 5mins to a smooth paste.

Make equal size balls.In center of each ball put almond,Pista pcs and form round ball without any cracks on it.

Put these paneer balls in cooker.Close the lid.Put weight and when it's one whistle is out slow down the gas.

After 7-8 mins off the gas.Cool it completely then open.

All the paneer balls will be doubled it size you will see.

Take another pan.Add rest of the water along with some water from cooker and add sugar.Boil 15mins on medium heat.We need light sugar syrup for the Rajbhogs.

Once done with the syrup cool it.Add Rajbhogs to this syrup now.Add saffron and mix.

Keep it in refrigerator atleast 7-8 hrs and then eat.
